Job summary

Degy Entertainment, a leading entertainment booking and talent buying agency, seeks a Finance Director to lead global financial operations, drive strategy, and ensure fiscal integrity across subsidiaries.

You will oversee financial modeling, budgets, multi-currency accounting, and compliance, partnering with the CEO and leadership team to support growth, acquisitions, and international expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA or CMA designation preferred.
• MBA or advanced Finance/Business degree is a plus.
• 8+ years of progressive financial leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• Oversee accounting, payroll, tax compliance and AP/AR.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decisions.
• Partner with CEO and leadership on planning, deal structuring and risk.
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors and external partners.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and multi‑currency operations across regions.
