Job summary

Jobot seeks a Director of Finance to drive FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning for a growing national restoration, reconstruction, renovation, roofing and capital-improvement services provider in Boca Raton.

The role partners with senior leadership and Operations to improve profitability, cash flow and reporting, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, analysis and ERP/BI initiatives to support growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field.
• +8+ years of progressive finance experience.
• Strong FP&A, budgeting and forecasting experience.
• Demonstrated financial modeling and analytical capabilities.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Experience with ERP and/or financial reporting systems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate financial information into actionable business recommendations.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work strategically while remaining hands-on when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting and financial planning process.
• Develop and maintain rolling forecasts.
• Build financial models and scenario analyses.
• Analyze company and business-unit financial performance.
• Prepare monthly management reporting and financial presentations.
• Develop and monitor financial KPIs.
• Analyze revenue, expenses, margins and profitability.
• Partner with Operations to understand business performance and financial drivers.
• Monitor cash flow and working capital.
• Identify financial trends, risks and opportunities.
• Provide actionable financial recommendations to senior leadership.
• Support strategic planning and growth initiatives.
• Evaluate business opportunities and investments.
• Improve financial reporting processes and systems.
• Develop dashboards and other tools to improve financial visibility.
• Partner with Accounting to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
• Assist with ERP, reporting and technology initiatives.
• Lead, mentor and develop Finance team members.
• Provide financial analysis and support for special projects as needed.
