Kinly is seeking a Finance Director for the Group & Americas based in Wall, NJ. You will report to the CFO and oversee all financial operations for the U.S. entity and consolidated group reporting, ensuring liquidity, risk management and control across jurisdictions.

The role covers financial reporting, consolidation, treasury, and compliance with GAAP/IFRS standards. You will lead the U.S. finance team, collaborate with global directors, and drive strategic initiatives including ERP

Qualifications

• Extensive professional accounting experience with strong leadership.
• CPA certification required; advanced accounting concepts, practices and procedures.

Responsabilités

• Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual close for U.S. entity and group.
• Prepare GAAP/IFRS financial reporting and consolidated statements.
• Lead treasury management: cash flows, banking relationships, intercompany funding.
• Partner with FP&A for budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Supervise U.S. accounting team and collaborate with regional finance teams.
• Ensure internal controls, risk management and compliance with governance.
