Job summary

Kinly in Wall, NJ, is hiring a Finance Director for Group & Americas to oversee US financial operations and consolidated reporting. Reporting to the CFO, you will manage the close, treasury, and controls, while aligning with FP&A on budgeting and forecasting globally.

The role requires CPA, extensive accounting leadership, and experience with group consolidation across jurisdictions. This is a permanent, full‑time, on‑site position with benefits.

Qualifications

• CPA required with extensive accounting leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and group consolidation.
• Proven track record in close, reporting and budgeting processes.
• Experience with treasury management and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual close for US entity.
• Lead consolidated group reporting in GAAP/IFRS and FP&A alignment.
• Manage treasury, banking relationships and cash flow forecasting.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors and lenders.
• Drive internal controls, ERP enhancements and automation projects.
