Job summary

Kinly is seeking a Finance Director for Group & Americas based in Wall, NJ. You will oversee all financial operations for the U.S. entity and the group, lead consolidation, reporting, and treasury management, and partner with senior management on strategy.

The role requires CPA certification, extensive accounting leadership, and experience with GAAP/IFRS. You will manage a U.S. finance team and coordinate with regional teams, with a permanent, full-time schedule and 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• CPA required with strong leadership in accounting and finance.
• Experience directing group reporting and consolidations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual close for U.S. entity and group reporting.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and internal controls across regions.
• Lead treasury and liquidity planning, intercompany eliminations and ownership of consolidated books.
• Collaborate with executive team to support strategic initiatives.
