Logical Media Group is seeking a Director of Finance for a hands-on leadership role in Fredericksburg, VA. You will oversee financial operations, government contract accounting, and reporting within a manufacturing and distribution context, partnering with executives to drive growth.

The ideal candidate has extensive Deltek Costpoint expertise, strong GAAP and DCAA knowledge, and a track record of improving internal controls and processes in a government contracting environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance required.
• CPA/CFA/CGFM/CMA or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive accounting/financial management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Deltek Costpoint, project accounting, and system configuration.
• Oversee payroll-related processes, labor distribution, and monthly PTO accruals.
• Handle government contract invoicing through WAWF, IPP, GSA and related systems.
