Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tejon seeks a Director of Finance to lead financial operations, reports, and controls for a major resort property. You will partner with executive leadership to safeguard assets, maximize performance, and ensure regulatory compliance within a tribal gaming framework.

You will oversee close processes, budgeting, capital planning, and audits, while guiding a high-performing finance team in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
• CPA, CMA, MBA, or other relevant professional credential preferred.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and GASB pronouncements; government and enterprise accounting in tribal gaming environments.
• Knowledge of Title 31/BSA, AML requirements, Tribal regulations, NIGC, and gaming internal controls preferred.
• Experience supporting audits (internal/external/regulatory).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a 24/7 casino resort.

Responsabilités

• Lead, direct, and manage Finance operations and team performance.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close and financial reporting.
• Ensure internal controls and regulatory compliance across gaming and non-gaming ops.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning for the property.
• Coordinate audits and remediation of findings; support lender reporting where applicable.
• Collaborate with IT to maintain financial system integrity and access controls.
