Hard Rock Corporate Support Center is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to lead internal financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. The role provides guidance across accounting controls and supports business decisions with ad-hoc analyses.

Responsibilities include GL processing coordination, monthly reporting, audits, and enhancing reconciliation processes while working with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of financial operations and finance experience in a hospitality environment.
• Ability to gauge the amount and kind of information to address fiscal impacts.
• Make sound decisions with minimal direction or guidance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a multi-unit business organization.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, Lawson and Access.
• Bachelor’s degree in business/finance or related field is required.
• Report writing experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Plan, lead, and organize cafe financial reporting including general ledger processing and monthly balance sheet & income statement prep.
• Prepare key monthly management reports emphasizing historical results, budgets, forecasts and trends.
• Assist with audits and coordinate audit requests with third parties.
• Develop balance sheet reconciliation processes and monitor completion.
• Expand exception-based reporting and investigate theft/policy violations with Management.
• Analyze and reconcile subsystems to the General Ledger.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis to support business decisions.
• Help establish financial controls and improve accounting processes.
• Collaborate with finance and other departments to streamline processes.
