Job summary

Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Finance Director 1 (FP&A) to lead the Card Processing Solutions FP&A team. The role focuses on revenue and cost analytics, budgeting, and strategic partnering with senior leaders.

You will manage a team of analysts, deliver timely financial insights, and drive profitability improvements. The position requires 12+ years in Corporate Finance/FP&A, a Bachelor's degree, and strong leadership with GAAP compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
Minimum of 12 years of experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, capital planning, or financial reporting.
People leadership and project management experience.
Experience partnering with executive sponsors, Corporate Leadership Team, Line of Business leaders and stakeholders.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

Directs and coordinates activities of financial analysts and lead advisory direct reports.
Grow profitability and provide strategic analysis for the LOB.
Be an integral strategic partner for the LOB senior leadership.
Drives cross-business analytic projects with financial modeling, data mining and presentation support.
Design and develop financial models and KPI reviews; develop forecasts and budgets.
Ensures GAAP compliance and internal controls.
May perform other duties as assigned.
