El Dorado Irrigation District seeks a visionary Director of Finance and District Treasurer to lead a comprehensive finance team and drive the district's long-range financial planning. You will partner with the General Manager and Board to fund infrastructure and support strategic decisions for a full-service water utility serving western El Dorado County.

You will oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and capital planning, while guiding rate studies and ensuring financial resilience.

Qualifications

• Strong public-sector accounting and budgeting expertise.
• Proven ability to present clear financial statements to the Board and GM.
• Experience leading a large, multi-disciplinary finance team in a municipal utility setting.
