Job summary

In this role, you will lead a team across multiple plants, ensure accurate financial reporting, and contribute to long-range planning. Travel 10-25% is anticipated; manufacturing experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; CPA, CMA or MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive finance and accounting experience.
• Manufacturing company background required.
• Strong cost accounting skills and background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee finance and accounting for the CSI division with GAAP compliance.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Collaborate with leadership to monitor performance and KPIs.
• Manage monthly financial reporting, audits, and SOX compliance.
