Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Social Work.
• Five years of professional experience in fiscal management, contract administration, procurement, budget oversight, or performance monitoring in government or human services.
• At least two years of supervisory or managerial experience overseeing professional staff.
• Experience managing large-scale budgets and responding to formal audits.
• Experience with enterprise-level financial management systems such as FMIS or ADPICS.
