Job summary

Sunnyvale Honda, a proud member of the DGDG family, is seeking a Finance Director to guide customers through financing options and maximize dealership profitability. You will lead deal structuring, submit deals to lenders, ensure compliance, audit post-sale deals, and mentor the finance team while upholding DGDG core values.

You will mentor staff, manage a fast-paced environment, and drive guest satisfaction with accurate financial options and rigorous adherence to regulations.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience with dealership finance and insurance procedures.
• Ability to structure deals for profitability.
• Knowledge of title laws and registration processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide financing recommendations and assist customers in financing their purchases.
• Present customers with additional product offerings to enhance vehicle ownership.
• Ensure deals are structured for maximum profitability.
• Submit deals to lenders for approval and make credit decisions.
• Ensure deals comply with local, state and federal guidelines.
• Audit deals post-sale and identify areas for improvement.
• Guarantee expeditious funding of all contracts.
