DeepLearning.AI is seeking a Director of Finance to own consolidated reporting, FP&A, and accounting operations for a multi‑entity organization. You will design scalable financial infrastructure, build automation, and lead a small team while partnering with external providers and the COO/CEO on strategic decisions.

The role is based in Mountain View, CA, five days a week in-office, with hands‑on implementation of automation using Google AppsScript and APIs to accelerate finance while preserving

Qualifications

• 6+ years in finance, with 2–3 in a multi-entity environment
• Built or rebuilt financial infrastructure, not just operated within one
• Hands-on with QBO/Intuit ecosystem and multi-entity consolidation
• Experience working with external service providers such as tax advisors, auditors or bookkeepers

Responsibilities

• Own consolidated financial reporting across multiple entities and intercompany relationships
• Design and implement financial infrastructure and migrate platforms
• Build and maintain the FP&A function with budgets, forecasts and dashboards
• Lead the monthly and quarterly close process with the accounting team
• Advise the COO/CEO on financial strategy and capital allocation
• Leverage AI to accelerate financial operations with Google AppsScript and APIs
