Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in commercial finance or related roles with leadership.
• Strong FP&A, forecasting, and reporting for manufacturing/industrial ops.
• Proficient in financial software, including ERP, Excel, and AI tools.
• Knowledge of ASC 606 and SOX compliance.
• Experience leading and developing finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the Arvada site.
• Develop and execute strategies to drive profitability and growth for Sundyne units and aftermarket.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals and drive process improvements.
• Leverage AI and modern tools to enhance processes and analytics.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and mentor the finance team.
