Job summary

Honeywell International, Inc. is seeking a Finance Director for the Arvada, CO site to own the financial performance of Sundyne - Arvada. You will drive planning, analysis, reporting and strategic finance for manufacturing operations.

You will lead the finance team, partner with cross-functional groups, ensure SOX/compliance, and leverage AI tools to improve processes and profitability. On-site role with strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in commercial finance or related roles with a proven track record of financial leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all financial activities for the Arvada site, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Develop and execute financial strategies to drive profitability and sustainable growth for Sundyne Units and Aftermarket.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with operational and business objectives and drive process improvement.
• Leverage AI and other tools to develop robust processes that improve team performance.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the Arvada finance team.
