You will mentor the finance team, drive process improvements, and leverage AI tools to enhance forecasting and analytics across Sundyne units and aftermarket segments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in commercial finance or related roles.
• Strong expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting tailored to manufacturing or industrial operations.
• Experience leading and developing finance teams to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all financial activities for the Arvada site, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Develop and execute financial strategies to drive profitability and sustainable growth for Sundyne Units and Aftermarket.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with operational objectives and drive process improvements.
• Leverage AI tools to develop robust processes that improve team performance.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the Arvada finance team.
