As Finance Director, you'll serve as the strategic financial leader, reporting to the Senior Finance Director and partnering directly with senior business leaders to drive financial performance and strategic decision-making. This role requires someone who can translate complex financial data into actionable insights while building and leading a high-performing FP&A team through periods of growth and transformation. You'll act as the key financial advisor to Business Unit Executives and Product Line owners, enabling faster, data-driven decisions that contribute directly to JLL's business objectives.
Serve as the key financial and accounting liaison for Business Unit Executives, Product Line owners, and Corporate, acting as advisor and strategic partner for all financial, operational, and client matters. Own all financial processes within your span of control, including monthly and quarterly financial variance reports, annual planning, and monthly reforecasting. Translate complex financial performance into clear, executive-ready analysis and dashboards for the CAO, CFO, and Corporate stakeholders. Drive process improvements and system implementations to enhance financial planning capabilities and adapt to evolving business needs. Develop and maintain systems of internal controls to safeguard the organization's financial assets, including designing, implementing, and documenting policies and procedures. Manage the monthly financial reporting package and provide proactive decision-making support to all stakeholders. Lead overall FP&A team management and staff development, executing succession and growth plans for your team.

Expected compensation for this position: 170,000.00 - 195,000.00 USD per year Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
