Job summary

LeoForce in North Liberty, IA is seeking an experienced Finance Director to provide strategic and operational financial leadership while partnering with senior leadership and key business functions.

You will lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and P&L management, while driving process improvements and efficiency.

This role includes ERP optimization, enhanced management reporting, and mentoring the finance team to deliver actionable insights for strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Progressive Finance and Accounting leadership experience.
• Strong FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting background.
• Experience partnering with senior and operational leadership.
• Strong financial analysis and problem-solving skills.
• ERP and financial systems experience.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
