Job summary

Australia-Employment is seeking an experienced Finance Director to provide strategic and operational financial leadership in North Liberty, IA. This on-site, permanent role partners with senior leadership to drive planning, reporting, and performance.

You will lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management, optimize ERP systems, and develop KPI visibility while growing the finance team and influencing strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Progressive Finance and Accounting leadership experience.
• Strong FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting background.
• Experience partnering with senior and operational leadership.
• Strong financial analysis and problem-solving skills.
• ERP and financial systems experience.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities
