Degy Booking International Inc. seeks a Finance Director to lead all financial operations for its growing global companies. Reporting to the CEO, you will shape strategy, oversee budgeting and forecasting, and ensure fiscal integrity across diverse markets and contracts.

The role covers financial modeling, tax compliance, and multi-currency management while partnering with leadership on strategic initiatives. Remote work is offered with US-based operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA or CMA designation strongly preferred.
• MBA or advanced degree in Finance/Business a plus.
• 8+ years of progressive financial leadership experience.
• Proven track record as Finance Director, CFO, or equivalent.
• Deep knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Experience with international finance and multi-currency operations.
• Proficiency with payroll systems and payroll processing platforms.
• Strong contract finance knowledge including royalties and revenue structures.
• Comfortable in Apple MacOS/Apple environments.
• U.S. citizenship or work eligibility and US-based location.

Our Finance Director will lead and oversee all financial operations of our growing global companies. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Finance Director will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, driving financial strategy, ensuring fiscal integrity and helping position Degy for continued growth. This is a unique opportunity to join one of the entertainment industry's most respected booking and talent buying agencies to play a pivotal role in shaping its financial future. You will oversee everything from financial modeling to artist contracts and event revenue to acquisitions and international expansion.

JOB POSITION: Financial Director

TYPE: Remote Work Position

POSITIONS TO HIRE: 1

START DATE: November 2026

COMPENSATION: Annual starting salary range: $90,000 - $100,000 USD

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE (BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO):

• Lead all financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for the organization
• Oversee accounting, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and tax compliance functions
• Develop and maintain financial models to support executive decision making and growth initiatives
• Partner with the CEO and leadership team on strategic planning, deal structuring, and risk management
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, legal counsel, and external financial partners
• Ensure compliance with GAAP standards, federal/state tax regulations, and entertainment industry contracts
• Review and negotiate financial terms of artist contracts, venue agreements, and vendor deals
• Oversee multi currency financial management across international operations
• Build, mentor, and develop the internal finance and accounting team
• Present financial performance, forecasts, and strategic insights to ownership and stakeholders
• Recommend and optimize financial systems, processes, and internal controls
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and profitability across all business lines
• Oversee Human Resources functions including employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and HR policy development
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA or CMA designation strongly preferred
• MBA or advanced degree in Finance/Business a plus
• 8+ years of progressive financial leadership experience
• Proven track record as a Finance Director, CFO, VP of Finance, or equivalent senior finance role
• Deep knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls
• Demonstrated experience with international finance and multi currency operations
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Salesforce, accounting ERP systems, and advanced Excel/financial modeling
• Proficiency with payroll systems and payroll processing platforms
• Strong knowledge of state tax compliance including payroll taxes, sales taxes, and income taxes across multiple jurisdictions
• Understanding of contract finance, royalties, and talent/event revenue structures
• Comfortable working in an Apple MacOS/Apple product environment
• Must be a United States Citizen or qualified to work in the U.S. Must be based in the United States.
