Job summary

TOYO Solar Texas LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Expense & Fund Accountant for its Finance Department in the Houston area. The role focuses on expense review, bank payment processing, AP coordination, and treasury-related reporting to support the growing U.S.

manufacturing platform. The candidate will work closely with procurement and Treasury teams, ensure compliance with expense policies, and assist during audits and month-end closings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in expense accounting, fund management, accounts payable, or related roles.
• Proficiency with INFO-ERP and online banking platforms; solid accounting principles knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Review expenses per company policies and record entries in INFO-ERP.
• Create online banking payment vouchers and ensure proper authorization.
• Manage AP email and send payment confirmations to procurement.
• Review credit card expenditures and prepare monthly usage analyses.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations against ERP records; send statements to Treasury.
• Assist auditors with materials and documentation during audits.
• Prepare monthly expense analyses to support decision making.
• Maintain LC and BOND ledgers and sync with Treasury monthly.

As we embark on this exciting new phase of growth, we are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Expense & Fund Accountant to join our Finance team. This role is critical to ensuring accurate expense management, efficient fund operations, and robust financial controls across our U.S. manufacturing platform. Position Overview: This role will primarily focus on expense review and accounting, bank payment processing, accounts payable coordination, credit card expense management, bank reconciliation, and treasury reporting to support TOYO's growing U.S. manufacturing operations. The Expense & Fund Accountant serves as a key member of the Finance Department, responsible for ensuring compliance with the company's expense management policies, maintaining accurate financial records in the INFO-ERP system, and supporting both internal financial reporting and external audit processes. The role also involves close collaboration with the procurement department and the Group Treasury Management Department to ensure smooth payment workflows and timely financial data synchronization.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Review various expenses in accordance with the company's expense management policies and regulations, and be responsible for accounting entries and booking in the INFO-ERP system.
• Handle online banking payment voucher creation (网银制单) for bank cashier payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with payment authorization procedures.
• Manage the AP (Accounts Payable) email account; upon completion of supplier payments, send payment confirmation screenshots to the procurement department's payment requesters via the AP email.
• Review company credit card expenditure details and prepare monthly credit card usage analysis reports, identifying trends and potential cost optimization opportunities.
• Perform month-end bank balance reconciliation against ERP records to ensure consistency, and send bank statements to the Group Treasury Management Department on a monthly basis.
• Support auditors during audit periods by preparing and providing relevant audit materials, schedules, and supporting documentation.
• Prepare monthly expense analysis reports, providing insights into spending patterns and supporting management decision-making.
• Prepare and maintain the LC (Letter of Credit) ledger and BOND ledger, and synchronize these records to the Group Treasury Management Department on a monthly basis.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) is preferred to facilitate communication with the Group Finance and Treasury teams.
• Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in expense accounting, fund management, accounts payable, or related accounting roles, preferably in a manufacturing or multinational corporate environment.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (experience with INFO-ERP is a plus) and online banking payment platforms; solid understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Familiarity with accounts payable processes, bank reconciliation procedures, and corporate credit card expense management.
• Experience with LC (Letter of Credit) and BOND ledger management is preferred; exposure to treasury operations is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare clear and insightful financial analysis reports.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping; ability to manage multiple tasks and meet month-end closing deadlines.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including procurement, audit, and Group Treasury Management.
• Adapt to domestic business trips or travelling abroad as needed.
