Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of experience in a financial role in a global organization
• Financial degree or MBA or advanced degree
• Excellent knowledge of financial and management accounting, processes and systems
• Experience in international environment with cross-cultural context
• Experience delivering a service through significant organizational change
• Familiarity with AI tools and desire to leverage AI for efficiency
• Knowledge of financial accounting standards and management accounting techniques
• Strong financial processes, metrics, drivers and accountability
• Advanced Excel and proficiency in PowerPoint; experience with Hyperion/PeopleSoft systems

• Provide timely, sound financial recommendations from insights on future performance.
• Plan, budget, forecast, and advise on key business planning assumptions.
• Identify and support investments in technology, acquisitions or product rollouts.
• Partner with AI Enablement to automate finance workflows and drive efficiency.
• Ensure internal controls and data integrity for audits and reports.
• Maintain relationships with CFOs, directors and business partners across units.
