LexisNexis Legal & Professional is seeking a Senior FinOps Analyst to drive how AI costs are measured, analyzed, and optimized. You will own data, analytics, and reporting to reveal financial impact and support scalable decision-making across engineering, product, and finance teams.

The role emphasizes enabling cost visibility early, credible data, and practical insights to guide model choices while aligning with RELX Responsible AI principles.

Formación

• Experience in FinOps, cloud cost management, data analytics or related analytical role.
• Strong analytical judgment and ability to explain methods and results.
• Knowledge of AI inference cost drivers such as tokens, context length, caching and retrieval patterns.

Responsabilidades

• Own AI cost modeling and attribution across tokens, models, products and teams.
• Define unit-cost metrics to separate usage growth from efficiency changes.
• Maintain accurate, explainable cost data with clear lineage and defensible methodology.
• Build Python pipelines to normalize telemetry, provider API data, platform usage and cloud billing.
• Automate recurring reporting, month-end close support and anomaly detection.
• Develop BI dashboards for engineering and finance stakeholders.
• Analyze cost movements and explain drivers and forward-looking implications.
• Identify optimization opportunities across model selection, prompt efficiency, caching, batching and tooling overlap.
