You will partner with Finance, Technology, Data & Analytics, HR and business stakeholders to deliver measurable value, drive governance, change management, and adoption of new capabilities across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, IS, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years leading Finance transformation, consulting, or related disciplines.
• Experience with technology-enabled solutions and productivity improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a multi-year Finance Transformation Strategy aligned with objectives.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and business impact.
• Govern and prioritize transformation initiatives with value, cost, risk.
• Lead adoption of AI, automation, analytics, and productivity tools.
• Drive change management and enablement across Finance.
• Govern the transformation portfolio with milestones and metrics.
• Define KPIs, measure value realization, and report outcomes.
