Job summary

Nordstrom is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Finance to own the BRD roadmap within the enterprise data/analytics space. You will partner with Finance, Engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver trusted, certified data products for finance teams to act on confidently.

You will lead the migration to a modern, governed self-service BI platform, align with Finance leadership, and drive domain KPIs while coordinating with Data Engineering and Governance teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Product Management, including finance/enterprise data products.
• Experience guiding a data/analytics product through a platform migration.
• Proficiency with Oracle, Google Cloud Platform, and Looker or similar systems.
• Ability to analyze data and define adoption/performance metrics.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting to Finance leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the Finance domain BRD roadmap within Nordstrom's data/analytics space, prioritizing certified datasets for self-service analytics.
• Lead migration of legacy Finance reporting to a modern, governed BI platform and secure executive alignment.
• Develop the product roadmap and release plan for domain-specific features and dashboard migration.
• Lead discovery with Finance partners to define metric definitions and BRD requirements.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, Data Governance, and Analytics Enablement to keep delivery unblocked.
• Drive program KPIs like dataset certification rate and self-service adoption, managing risks.
• Represent Finance domain in enterprise program governance and drive cross-domain alignment.
