Job summary

Dynatrace seeks a Lead Data Product Owner to own a portfolio of Finance data products, ensuring reliability, value, and data maturity across core assets. You will guide requirements and drive adoption in collaboration with Finance, FP&A, and Accounting teams.

This hybrid Boston role partners with engineers to shape data marts, metrics, and reporting, while ensuring auditable data flows and governance.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in data product management, analytics, BI or data management.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of Finance data products end to end — reliability, value, adoption.
• Independently lead projects to advance Finance data maturity from problem definition to adoption.
• Shape Finance data product roadmap prioritizing by adoption and business value.
• Collaborate with GTM analytics engineering squad; influence what to build and how to design it.
• Define requirements for auditable data flows: traceability and lineage for audits.
• Oversee data quality, SLAs and governance (SOX, ASC 606; support external audits).
