Qualifications

• Hands-on BA with data understanding rather than a purely technical data role.
• 3–5 years post-college experience in financial services, dealing with requirements, data mapping, or platform implementations.
• Direct trust migration experience is desirable but not required; wealth/investment-management domain knowledge helps.
