Job summary

Franklin Electric, a global leader in providing water, fuel and electricity solutions, seeks a Finance Data & Insights Analyst to transform financial data into actionable insights. You will bridge Finance, business functions, and IT, building analytics, improving forecasting, and driving governance. Hybrid work, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven decision support are core to this role.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Informatics, MIS, Economics, Statistics or CS is required.
Two+ years of relevant experience in financial analysis, FP&A, BI, data analytics, financial systems or related area.
Experience translating business requirements into reports, dashboards, data models, or process improvements is preferred.
Experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or multi-site environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

Drive financial insights and decision-making by analyzing profitability, costs, cash flow, working capital, and performance.
Develop and maintain financial reporting and analytics tools including dashboards, scorecards, and models.
Support planning and forecasting activities with budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, scenario analysis, and performance reviews.
Improve finance processes through technology and automation, translating requirements into system solutions and reporting enhancements.
Ensure data integrity and governance by validating data accuracy and supporting documentation.

What you will be doing:

What you need:
