Chase is seeking a Senior Product Manager (Vice President) to own and refine a portfolio of finance automation initiatives within Consumer and Community Banking. You will partner with Controllers, Treasury Analytics, and Technology to translate business challenges into practical product opportunities, delivering from discovery through adoption.

The role emphasizes strong product management fundamentals, finance process knowledge, and the ability to communicate with senior finance leaders.

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years in product management, finance transformation, or related roles.

Responsibilities

Own and refine the product roadmap with milestones and delivery progress
Partner with Finance, Controller, Treasury, Product, Technology, Design, and Data stakeholders
Lead discovery and requirements to translate insights into prioritized plans
Prioritize roadmap based on value, feasibility, risk, control, and alignment
Communicate potential improvements through automation and AI capabilities
Collaborate with tech and analytics teams to drive delivery and manage risks
Drive adoption and measure outcomes with business processes
