Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of software development experience in commercial applications.
• Experience leading substantial project deliverables solo.
• Experience simplifying complex projects, services and processes.
• A track record as an influencer in distributed delivery using Agile/Scrum and DevSecOps.
• Experience with cloud technologies: AWS, Serverless, event-driven architecture, CI/CD and IaC.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, coding standards, reviews, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design and deliver high-quality code following INDG best practices.
• Design data models/pipelines for financial reporting and audit data.
• Partner with Finance and Enterprise AI to define data standards and lineage.
• Build scalable, governed data infrastructure supporting AI applications.
• Ensure data quality, security, and SOX/compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with AI engineers to expose clean structured data for LLM tools.
• Influence decisions on diagnosing, monitoring, and improving the system.
• Deliver solutions for large initiatives across multiple teams.
