Job summary

Broadridge Financial Solutions invites a Manager, Finance Data & Analytics to join the IC S FP&A team in New York. You will elevate centralized reporting capabilities and strengthen the link between planning and performance, working with senior leaders in a fast-paced environment and reporting to the Director, Finance Data & Analytics.

You will develop automated financial reports, maintain scalable data infrastructure, and drive data governance to support strategic decisions across IC&S.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in a finance or data management role, with at least 2 years on data infrastructure.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python or R, SAP, Oracle, and Power BI for modeling and reporting.
• Strong communication and ability to present insights to executives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and automate financial reports and dashboards that improve visibility into business performance and enable proactive decision-making.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data infrastructure and comprehensive financial datasets that support FP&A needs across IC&S.
• Integrate data from ERP, CRM, financial databases, and operations to create unified datasets for analysis.
• Collaborate with IT, data science, and other departments to ensure data alignment and integrity.
• Establish and enforce data governance standards within the finance team.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and data quality and efficiency.
• Stay current with industry trends and data management practices.
