The role focuses on internal controls, performance measurement, and cross-functional collaboration to advance public service outcomes.

The FSM I will supervise financial and administrative activities, coordinate data-driven improvements, and lead complex projects that impact multiple programs.

Formación

• Four years of progressively responsible experience in financial, administrative, analytical, or technical duties, including at least two years in supervision/management.
• Experience managing fiscal operations in a public agency or similarly regulated environment.
• Ability to plan, develop, and conduct complex analyses using fiscal, customer service, and programmatic datasets.
• Knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce-based platforms.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to present complex information clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate, monitor, and implement improvements to accounts receivable and cash-handling practices for a County department.
• Supervise and coordinate a broad range of financial, administrative, and operational activities.
• Lead, coordinate, and prioritize data analysis initiatives across the department.
• Develop analytical reports and performance measures to assess compliance and data integrity; oversee data visualizations.
