Responsibilities

• Own components of project work with guidance from a mentor and manager.
• Conduct research, analyze data and information, and develop recommendations that inform real business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Support departmental initiatives that improve business outcomes and the member and client experience.
• Develop and deliver a final internship presentation to leadership with project results and recommendations.
