Qualifications

Pursuing a bachelor's degree; rising senior in finance or accounting.
GPA 3.0/4.0 minimum.
Interest in health insurance industry and starting a career in finance or accounting.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
Proficient PC skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Responsibilities

Assist in gathering, analyzing, maintaining, and reporting on budget and expense data and financial performance metrics.
Utilize analytical and forecasting techniques and prepare monthly and annual internal reports.
Work with analyst team and rotate across divisions providing real-time financial support.
Develop and present final internship presentation with project results and recommendations to department leadership.
Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and compliance policies.
