Job summary

Director of Finance & Data Analysis at Non Profit Organization leads FP&A, financial reporting, and data analytics, partnering with the CFO. This hands-on leadership role drives budgeting, forecasting, and revenue cycle management within a lean finance team.

You will develop financial models for programs and contracts, oversee billing, month-end close, audits, and internal controls, and champion AI-enabled finance processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; CPA, MBA, or MPA preferred
• 6–8+ years of progressive Finance, Accounting, FP&A, or related experience
• Strong FP&A, financial modeling, budgeting, and analytical skills
• Government or institutional contract experience preferred
• Leadership or team management experience
• Strong technology and systems aptitude
• Google Workspace and Microsoft Office proficiency
• Tableau, ERP, and financial reporting experience preferred
• Experience using AI and automation to improve Finance processes
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Responsibilities
