Job summary

Defense Technology Integration (DTI), LLC is seeking a Data Analyst with a finance background to support a federal government client in Washington, DC. The role is hybrid telework: 2 days onsite and 3 days remote, with a possible shift to 1 day onsite and 4 days remote.

The analyst designs, builds, and delivers executive dashboards and reports using Salesforce and Oracle financial systems, portfolio data, and other sources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business analytics, data science, statistics, accounting or related field.
• 5+ years of data analysis and reporting experience, with at least 3 years in financial services or federal programs.
• Experience building executive dashboards for C-suite or senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise dashboards and reports for executives and business units.
• Create recurring (weekly/monthly/quarterly) and ad hoc analyses for C-level audiences.
• Produce briefing materials, summaries, and talking points for committees and boards.
• Define and standardize KPIs with business owners (cycle time, approval rates, pipeline metrics).
• Reconcile Oracle financial data with Salesforce and flag discrepancies for resolution.
