Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, MIS or related field; +5 years of experience or 9 years in lieu of degree.
• 5+ years data analysis experience.
• 5+ years SQL or relational DB experience.
• 5+ years solution development and programming.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Planning and organizational skills.
• Team-oriented with collaboration abilities.
• Experience with stored procedures, UDFs, and production processes.
• Data & Business Process SME in a line of business or topic.
• Performance and security insights of data technologies.
• Advanced iterative application development experience.
• Ability to develop and validate database specs, solutions, and reports.
• Experience with Teradata and/or SQL Server; ETL development.
• Stored Procedures and Triggers experience; claims data exposure.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, analyze and implement complex data procedures.
• Design step sequences for data processing by computers.
• Evaluate requests for new or modified programs and databases.
• Detect and fix program errors; test, maintain and document code.
