Job summary

5 Legal seeks a mid-level associate to join its Corporate and Finance Group in Washington, DC. The position requires a minimum of three years of relevant legal experience in syndicated and leveraged finance and structured finance transactions.

The ideal candidate will be licensed or eligible to become licensed to practice law in DC and have demonstrated ability to mentor and develop junior associates within a high-performance team.
