Qualifications

2+ years of law firm experience.
Experience in structured finance or commercial real estate finance preferred.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Advise clients on structured finance and commercial real estate finance transactions.
Assist with commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) transactions.
Conduct legal research and analyze complex finance matters.
Draft and negotiate transaction documents and agreements.
