The Finance Coordinator will report to the Senior Vice President of Finance and work with the Development team throughout the acquisition and development process. The position will interact with other departments of HTG to advance the new projects through all stages of the development process. Particular emphasis on equity, debt, and underwriting with large financial institutions.
Our Finance Coordinator position is an entry level salaried position that requires investment of time and effort beyond a traditional work week.
We are seeking a candidate who demonstrates a positive attitude toward change, adapts well in a fast‑paced environment, and takes ownership of identifying needs and proposing solutions to complete projects on time. Technical skills can be developed on the job; motivation, work ethic, and a genuine willingness to learn cannot be taught as easily, and are the qualities we prioritize most in this role.
