Job summary

General Motors is seeking driven students for its summer internship program in finance. You will join a cross-functional team, assemble data, perform analyses, and present recommendations to GM executives.

The program includes networking with peers and leaders, case competitions, plant tours, and exposure to the Design/Build/Sell and Services operations of GM. The role emphasizes leadership, integrity, teamwork, strategic thinking, and strong Excel skills, with a preference for CPA-track

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related fields.
• Must graduate between October 2027 and June 2028; CPA license timeline may apply.
• Able to work full time, 40 hours per week during the summer months.

Responsibilities

• As part of the internship, assemble data, perform analyses, and present recommendations to GM executives.
• Participate in activities around Design/Build/Sell and Services operations, case competition, plant tour, and finance overviews.
