Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a financial system with rapid reporting at low cost.
• Prepare business reports, forecasts, and financial statements for leadership.
• Monitor financial performance and identify cost reduction opportunities.
• Manage timesheets, payroll, bookkeeping, 401(k), and budget.
• Establish partnerships with lending institutions to expand financing options.
