Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or business administration, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Financial Analysis with controllership exposure.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills; able to work with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with SAP, MS Office, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• MBA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial controllership activities for Supplier Risk Management including actuals, forecast, budget, accruals, and reporting.
• Oversee costs related to Premium Freight and Supplier Lead Time Violations and ensure accurate recovery.
• Partner with multiple functions to identify root causes and develop mitigation actions.
• Coordinate weekly cross-functional reviews to validate cost drivers and forecasts.
• Develop executive-level reporting on supplier risk trends and financial impacts.
