Stellantis in Auburn Hills, MI is seeking a Controller, Supplier Risk Management to lead financial controllership for supplier risk and premium freight cost activities within North America SCM. You’ll partner with operations, purchasing, and finance to analyze, forecast, and recover costs, supporting governance and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or business; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of financial analysis experience with controllership.
• Experience with SAP, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams required.
• Ability to forecast, budget, accruals, and perform variance analysis.
• Strong communication and leadership in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial controllership for Supplier Risk Management including actuals, forecast, budget and accruals.
• Oversee Premium Freight and Supplier Lead Time violation costs and recoveries.
• Partner with Ops, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Logistics and Plant Finance to identify root causes.
• Coordinate weekly cross-functional reviews of costs and actions.
• Provide executive-level reporting on supplier risk trends and financial impact.
• Drive process improvements, dashboards, and governance controls.
