Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
Understanding of core Finance or Accounting principles.
Willingness to grow and develop a career in Manufacturing Finance.
Ability to budget, forecast, and report actuals through monthly close.
Proficient in Google and Microsoft Suite.

Responsibilities

Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly financial results, forecasts, and KPIs; communicate insights to management.
Prepare timely month-end close reporting, journal entries, and reconciliations.
Support SOX testing and internal control compliance.
Coordinate with corporate finance to meet reporting deadlines and objectives.
Collaborate with Operations and cross-functional teams to drive cost reduction and improvements.
Manage recurring financial processes including overtime reporting and labor analysis.
Assist with special projects, analyses, and ad hoc reporting.
