Job summary

Stellantis North America is seeking a Senior Financial Controllership professional focused on Supplier Risk Management. You will lead controllership activities for actuals, forecasts, budgets, and period-end closes, and drive governance for premium freight cost recovery.

You will partner with Supply Chain Operations, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Plant Finance to understand risk drivers, develop mitigations, and deliver executive-level reporting on trends and impacts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or business administration is required.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Financial Analysis with controllership responsibilities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong business acumen with ability to challenge data and identify financial risks/opportunities.
• Experience with SAP, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Advanced Excel skills including lookups, pivot tables, SUMIF/SUMIFS, IF statements, data validation, and large data set analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead all financial controllership activities for Supplier Risk Management, including actuals, forecast, budget, accruals, recoveries, and reporting.
• Oversee financial impact of Premium Freight and Supplier Lead Time Violations; ensure costs are captured and recovered.
• Partner with Supply Chain Operations and other functions to identify root causes of supplier risk and develop mitigations.
• Coordinate weekly cross-functional reviews with operations and finance to review activity and develop forecast deliverables.
• Provide financial validation for costs and approval packages in line with governance requirements.
• Develop executive-level reporting on supplier risk trends and financial impacts.
