Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA certification is required.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles.
• Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls.
• Proficiency with Excel and accounting/financial systems.
• Leadership and communication skills; able to work with senior leadership.
• Knowledge of corporate accounting policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting operations and timely financial statements.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Maintain internal controls and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate audits, tax filings, and external reporting.
• Oversee consolidated financial reporting and intercompany reconciliations.
• Monitor cash flow, debt, and banking activities.
• Support inventory controls and physical counts.
• Develop accounting policies and procedures.
• Lead and develop the finance team.
• Partner with CFO and leadership to provide financial insights.
• Manage relationships with auditors, tax advisors, bankers.
