The role requires partnering with the executive team to strengthen accounting operations, internal controls, and financial planning across manufacturing, retail/wholesale, and digital marketing channels. The candidate will drive advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and multi-channel margin analysis, with a focus on stabilizing the finance

Qualifications

• CPA required and CPA license active.
• MBA or MS in Accounting preferred.
• 10+ years accounting/finance leadership experience.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and financial modeling skills.

Responsibilities

• Review monthly/quarterly close and financial statements for accuracy.
• Stabilize and elevate accounting team with clear standards.
• Oversee cash flow, working capital, and inventory financing.
• Own external audit relationships and internal controls program.
• Analyze margins across retail/wholesale and digital channels.
• Partner with CEO/CFO to build long-term growth plans and budgets.
