Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• 5-10 years of accounting experience.
• 2+ years previous supervisory experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems.
• Ability to work under pressure with a level demeanor.
• Reconciliation skills.
• Proficiency with core ERP and MS Office (LeaseWave, e-automate, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Autonomously make administrative, financial and procedural decisions and judgments.
• Align department strategy with Company initiatives and goals.
• Provide status of financial condition and prepare special reports by collecting, interpreting, and reporting financial data.
• Direct planning and preparation of fiscal budgeting.
• Oversee preparation of reporting for regulatory agencies and internal divisions.
• Plan and coordinate ledger maintenance and reporting for multiple divisions.
